Mert Ramazan was born in Istanbul in 1998. He is 178 cm tall. The color of his eyes and hair is brown. He was born as the fifth child of his parents.
In high school, he dreamed of becoming a football or basketball player and played sports professionally. The young man made the decision to become an actor unexpectedly, reading the play “Hamlet”.
He received his professional acting education at the Academy of Communications and the acting studio Miser Daner, where he met famous directors.
The first film work of the young actor was a small role in the film of Afghan director Sonya Naseri, “I am you”, which was shortlisted for one of the most prestigious film awards, the Golden Globe.
He actively shoots in the projects of the digital platforms bluTV and Netflix. Although his film “UFO” did not make a big impression on foreign audiences, Mert’s talent was appreciated.
Famous producer Timur Savdzi offered him one of the main roles in the new Netflix series “Shahmaran”, where his partners were Serenay Sarıkaya and Burak Deniz.
The first television series with the participation of Mert Ramazan Demir “Professor” was not very successful and was canceled prematurely. However, while working on the project, he met Afra Saraçoğlu, who also played one of the roles in the series.
Their interaction was noticed by the producer Onur Güvenatam, who offered the young actors the main roles in his series “The Woman in the Villa – The Mermaid – The Golden Cage”.
